Abstract
This work presents a diverse artifact of a Rover robot prototype, which can inspect ventilation and AC ducts, using a FPV (First Person View) camera. This camera system transmits real time images for the human operator, making it possible for an on spot cleaning, using rotating brushes, coupled to the robot, which can adapt according to the ducts geometry. Besides the mechanical cleaning, fungicides and bactericides can be applied in the ducts, ensuring a clean and sterile environment. Additionally, a mechanical claw is present, making it possible for the rover to manipulate objects, ensuring a more flexible operation, when compared to the solutions already present in the market.
