Abstract
Almost everything these days involves technology, and everyone is totally reliant on it. As technology advances, the complexity of work likewise increases, making it more difficult for people to accomplish a large number of jobs quickly and accurately. Industrial workers deal with a number of risky situations on a daily basis, and the company is required to implement several safety measures for workers while managing tasks like handling nuclear waste disposal, dealing radioactive materials, and managing explosive chemicals. Robotic systems have advanced greatly as a result of the rise of numerous robotic job features in industry and their capacity to eliminate human errors caused by fatigue and lack of concentration. Image processing is being used to detect items. With the use of the camera device items or objects are detected from the live video stream. While training thousands of high-resolution photographs generate vast quantities of data that need to be stored on memory discs since they take up a lot of virtual memory. The robotic arm's motion is coordinated by servo motors as it picks and places objects after they are identified. The robotic arm can transcend many human limits, especially when combined with the distance controlled feature. Robotic arms that use image processing can pick up objects within a particular range and position them in a predetermined location. Average of 95 percent accuracy is obtained for trained objects book and scissors.
