Abstract
The article proposes educational example of applied mechatronics at Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The example is based on design of the delta robot with mounted camera for the image recognition (via particle swarm optimization) and its cataloging. The example is divided into several tasks including the constructional design, kinematics analysis, control and image recognition. The article describes particular tasks and briefly introduces to its solution.
