Abstract
Flexible hybrid electronics or flexible hybrid integrated circuits integrate functional materials/components in traditional and unusual electronic architectures on flexible substrates. Featured with flexibility, flexible hybrid electronics are capable of integrating seamlessly on irregular surfaces of the human body, machines, and robots, etc., which is revolutionizing and initiating conventional electronics applications in many fields including healthcare, brain computer interface, smart internet of things and so on.
