Abstract

EUROShoE is one of the largest projects funded by the European Commision within the Growth Program. It considers all aspects of the customized, life-cycle production of shoes. To date, the project has purposely conceived, analyzed, designed, and created a dexterous reconfigurable modular robotic device. It utilizes the innovative picking module, which overcomes the faults that traditional vacuum suckers show in the examined area.
