Healthcare Robotics Lab
The Healthcare Robotics Lab at UC San Diego, led by Dr. Laurel Riek, focuses on human-robot interaction, health informatics, and assistive technology in healthcare settings. The lab conducts participatory, community-based research with disabled people, healthcare workers, and community members. Research applications include neurorehabilitation, dementia caregiving, and emergency medicine.
