Overview
LoopCLEAN is a robotic laser cleaning system for cleaning complex components, industrial equipment, and surfaces. It uses laser ablation to remove contaminants, coatings, rust, grease, oxide layers without damaging the substrate. It offers three automation levels: basic (pendant-programmed), Pro (CAD/CAM offline programming with RobotMaster), and Auto (no-code path generation from 3D scan data via RealPATH). Applications include mould cleaning, surface preparation for bonding, nuclear decommissioning. Robot: KUKA Agilus. Laser power: 150, 300, or 600 W. Safety: fully interlocked Class 4 guarding.
