Overview
FibreTACK is a modular composite binder activation system designed to accurately tack spots during preform layup to secure composite plies in place. It features heated soleplates that engage with the material using a predetermined force, temperature, and dwell profile. The size and number of tacks can be adapted per customer requirements, preventing material movement or slippage. It can be deployed as a standalone unit on an industrial robot or gantry, or as part of Loop Technology's FibreLINE automated preforming solution.
