Overview
FibreKIT is a highly advanced automated solution for handling, storage and kitting of composite plies. It provides optimal material utilisation whilst sorting and sequencing at an exceptionally fast rate. Nested plies of carbon fibre can be picked from the cutting table or conveyor and sorted into discrete kits in reverse lay-up order. Each part of the kit is logged via a RFID system so its position is known. The system can be run fully automated or operator assisted. Portable models are available.
