视觉控制(Visual Control)是指利用摄像机或其他视觉传感器采集的图像信息,实时引导和调节机器人或自动化系统运动的技术体系。其核心方法——视觉伺服(Visual Servoing)——将视觉数据直接嵌入闭环控制回路,使系统能够根据当前视觉反馈持续修正运动误差,从而精确到达目标位姿。 在机器人领域,视觉控制广泛应用于机械臂抓取、无人机导航、移动机器人跟踪及微操作装配等场景。根据控制信号的构建方式,主要分为基于图像的视觉伺服(IBVS)、基于位置的视觉伺服(PBVS)以及融合两者优点的2½D视觉伺服。近年来,深度强化学习与神经网络的引入进一步提升了视觉控制在非结构化环境中的自适应能力。 视觉控制的重要性在于:它赋予机器人感知与适应环境变化的能力,使其无需精确的先验模型即可完成复杂任务,是实现智能化、灵活化机器人操作的关键技术基础。
