摘要
Fifty five patients with palliative postoperative advanced digestive cancer were treated with adoptive immunotherapy. We have established the combined method of TACE,with laparoscopy, with da Vinci Robotic Surgery system,DC-CIK cells were transfused via hepatic artery to patients.Under ultrasonography,or via intraoperative ultrasonography for detecting lesions,DC-CIK cells were injected into local lymph nodes,or peritoneal cavity.Combined with minimally invasive approaches can give patients results of shorter recovery, less postoperative pain, reduced overall cost and improved surgical outcome. From a clinical point of view,it is worth applying DC-CIK based immunotherapy to advanced digestive cancer.
