摘要

The investigation begins with an evaluation of the current limitations of hospital guide robots, characterized by ambiguous functionalities, limited practicality, and inadequate serviceability. This study shifts focus towards the user, aiming to uncover their fundamental needs during hospital visits and to explore potential enhancements in guide robot design. Employing the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), we identify pivotal design requirements, while utilizing the Function-Behavior-Structure (FBS) model to delineate corresponding structural modules of the guide robot in line with these requirements. Design innovations in the appearance, operational area, and interface of the guide robot are highlighted. The subsequent implementation of these designs yields improvements in program practicality and user satisfaction. The integration of the QFD-FBS methodology into the design process enables the innovative development of the guide robot, aligning with core user needs, optimizing user experience, streamlining consultations, and offering a novel approach to service robot design in specific environments.
