Applications of SDN-enabled optical transport network and cloud/edge computing technology

摘要

This paper reviews the current research and development status of edge computing technology. Furthermore, this paper introduces remote control of an industrial robot performing surface blending by jointly employing SDN-enabled optical transport networks and cloud/edge computing.
