摘要
The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence and computer graphics technology has fundamentally altered our interactions with the outside world. Because of its ability to give users immersive experiences, virtual reality (VR) technology has become a dominating interaction medium across a variety of application domains in conjunction with artificial intelligence (AI). The medical industry has the most potential for these applications. The new topic of AI-based virtual reality applications in healthcare services and care is thoroughly reviewed in this study. We categorize the relevant techniques and applications into three areas based on the various stages of medical diagnosis and therapy using a systematic taxonomy Improvement of Visualization, Processing of Medical Data Associated with VR, and VR-assisted Intervention. In the history of clinical artificial intelligence (AI), we are at a turning point. Widespread clinical pathway transformation is becoming possible thanks to developments in algorithmic science and a better comprehension of the operational aspects of AI application. Pre- and post-operation and operating room patient screening, diagnosis, risk assessment, therapy, and follow-up procedures could be drastically altered by the use of machine learning algorithms, particularly in domains like computer vision and operative robots.
