摘要
RPA streamlines maritime processes, enhances efficiency, reduces costs, and improves the customer experience. RPA automates tasks like data entry, documentation, and cargo tracking, reducing errors, reducing the need for manual labour, and saving time. It increases speed and accuracy, resulting in faster turnaround times and improved customer communication. ASL4RPA, a controlled natural language, simplifies software robot specification independently of specific RPA technologies. It uses pseudocode notation, making it accessible and understandable. ASL4RPA improves efficiency and accuracy, automates routine tasks, and enables platform-agnostic programs. Experimental scenarios validate ASL4RPA's benefits, including pseudocode notations that foster collaboration, reduce errors, and accelerate RPA project development.
