摘要

Industry 4.0 have transformed the fabrication industry by increasing productivity, product quality, and reducing production costs. The application of robotic arms in fabrication has become a more viable option due to their ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision and accuracy, leading to increased efficiency and productivity. In this paper, we have proposed the design and implementation of a six-axial automated industrial robotic arm system using TensorFlow object detection. The proposed system includes a six-DOF(degree-of-freedom) robotic arm with a gripper, which is controlled by an Arduino uno microcontroller. The system is equipped with a camera and a TensorFlow object detection algorithm for object recognition. The fusion of these technologies facilitates the robotic arm to autonomously manipulate the positions of objects in a manufacturing setup. The system offers a low-cost and productive solution for industrial automation, which results in increased productivity and reduced labor costs. This paper contributes to the field of industrial robotics by demonstrating the potential of using open-source technologies such as TensorFlow and Arduino for designing and implementing industrial automation systems.
