摘要

With the advancement of robot technology, the use of a robot system to control an endoscope during minimally invasive surgery has evolved significantly. Using a robot assistant to control the endoscope frees the surgeon’s hands and enables them to concentrate more on the surgical procedure. In addition, it can prevent the doctor’s hand trembling from affecting the surgical field of vision, which is more conducive to a smooth operation. This enhances the clinical efficacy of endoscopic minimally invasive surgery. Despite considerable progress, there are still substantial obstacles to overcome. This article will comprehensively analyze the key technologies involved in using robots to control endoscopes in accordance with the surgical field of vision and discuss the current challenges and future directions for research in robot-assisted endoscopic surgery.
