摘要

The goal of this study is to find ways that Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used in human resource management (HRM) to improve the way people are hired, trained, kept, paid, and managed in general. HR workers will likely have to take on more strategic roles as robots take over real work. The good things about AI in different HRM areas are also talked about along with the issues that come up when AI is used in HRM. The goal of the paper is to improve HR operations and help businesses that need to adapt to new business environments. When it comes to long-term supply lines, AI has changed Human Resource Management (HRM) a lot of people have talked about this. It looks at how AI-powered tools can help hire the right people, make workers happier and more involved, and make training and growth more tailored to each person. Secondary data is used to find important themes in the study. For example, it looks at how AI can make HR chores easier, how AI-powered analytics can help find out how workers feel, and how predictive analytics can be used to guess how the workforce will change in the future. It also deals with important and moral problems, like computer bias, data privacy, and the chance of losing job. While AI technologies have many benefits, it is very important to make sure they are used in a good way and that HR practices are fair and open. Organisations can use AI in HRM to boost speed, make the work experience better for employees, and help with long-term supply chain management if they understand its two sides. This study is helpful for HR professionals, policymakers, and businesses that want to use AI in their HR plans in a responsible and useful way.
