摘要
Stroke is one of the diseases that threaten human life and often leads survivor's motor dysfunction. Rehabilitation can help survivors relearn skills that were lost after parts of the brain were damaged. The traditional rehabilitation methods cannot meet the needs of patients and therapists. Integrating virtual reality technology into rehabilitation can provide intensive, repetitive, and task-oriented training to enhance patients' motivation and reduce the burden on therapists. This paper briefly analyzed the virtual reality technology for rehabilitation and summarized some principles of designing rehabilitation training game for stroke patients. A virtual reality training system based on exoskeleton rehabilitation robot was designed for patients with upper extremity motor dysfunction. The system design involves three aspects-desktop application design, virtual reality rehabilitation training game design and data communication.
