Yuto Lim is a pioneering researcher at the forefront of culturally competent robotics, a field that merges artificial intelligence, human-robot interaction, and cross-cultural studies. His major contribution lies in establishing the foundational argument that personal assistive robots—much like human healthcare providers—must be culturally aware to deliver effective, respectful care.
