Seoyoung Lee is an atmospheric scientist specializing in satellite-based aerosol remote sensing and air quality monitoring, with a particular focus on East Asia. Her research centers on retrieving aerosol optical properties from geostationary satellite instruments, developing and refining algorithms that enable continuous, high-resolution monitoring of atmospheric particles across one of the world's most pollution-affected regions.
