About

Hyunwoo Choi is a rising innovator at the intersection of soft bioelectronics and cellular engineering. His primary research focuses on developing sustainable, high-performance materials for wearable sensors and pioneering the chemical control of cell movement for next-generation cytotherapeutics. In a landmark 2021 study, Choi engineered a sensitive, stretchable, and sustainable strain sensor using a PEDOT-coated cellulose nanocrystal composite.
