About
Guy Garty is a pioneering biomedical engineer and radiation biologist at Columbia University whose work has fundamentally transformed the field of radiation biodosimetry. Best known as the primary architect of the RABiT (Rapid Automated Biodosimetry Tool), Garty has spent over a decade engineering high-throughput robotic systems capable of rapidly assessing radiation exposure in thousands of individuals following large-scale nuclear or radiological emergencies — a critical capability that previously did not exist at meaningful scale.
