Daniel Jasper is a robotics and automation researcher whose work centers on nanomanipulation, microrobotics, and scanning electron microscope (SEM)-based control systems. His most significant contributions lie in developing automated, high-speed positioning and visual servoing techniques that push the boundaries of what is achievable at the nano- and microscale.
