About

Junfei Ma is a materials scientist whose research focuses on bioinspired smart surfaces and self-healing polymers. His most cited work, a 2022 study on transparent self-healing polyurethane elastomers (44 citations), addresses a critical challenge in flexible materials: extending service life through autonomous repair of physical damage.
