Edward Lambert is a leading urologic robotic surgeon whose research focuses on optimizing surgical techniques for complex oncologic and benign conditions. His major contributions center on robot-assisted radical cystectomy with intracorporeal urinary diversion, demonstrating that this approach reduces postoperative complications primarily in highly comorbid patients—a finding that has shaped perioperative risk stratification.
