About
Cihat Ozhasoglu is a pioneering medical physicist and radiation oncologist whose career has been defined by advancing the frontiers of stereotactic radiosurgery, particularly for spinal applications. Working extensively with the CyberKnife robotic radiosurgery system, Ozhasoglu played a foundational role in demonstrating the clinical viability of frameless, image-guided stereotactic radiosurgery for spinal lesions at a time when effective spinal target immobilization remained a critical unmet challenge.
