Abstract
RPA is the completion of Robotic Process Automation. By simulating human behavior, it performs mouse and keyboard operations in the human-computer interaction interface of the software and automatically completes fixed business operations according to the predesigned workflow, which is widely applicable to business scenarios with high repeatability, strong complexity, and clear processes. The typical application scenarios of RPA were analyzed for engineering requirements. According to the characteristics of RPA technology, an RPA performance evaluation method is designed, and an RPA performance continuous optimization scheme based on the PDCA cycle is proposed. It provides a reference for RPA to further improve efficiency, reduce cost, and reduce error in engineering applications.
