Abstract
With the continuous expansion of oil and gas pipeline transportation scale in China, pipeline maintenance has become increasingly important. Currently, there is a problem of low efficiency in oil and gas pipeline inspection and cleaning, posing significant challenges to pipeline maintenance capabilities. Due to the inevitable formation of oil scale and impurities inside the petroleum transportation pipelines during long-term operation, to ensure the normal operation and safety of the pipeline transportation system and enhance the efficiency of pipeline transportation, an intelligent petroleum pipeline inspection and cleaning robots were designed. This study established a model of the robots using SolidWorks, conducted finite element simulation analysis on key components, and used Fusion360 for lightweight design of important parts. The result is an intelligent petroleum pipeline robot integrating functions such as inspection and cleaning. This paper can provide theoretical references for the design of intelligent petroleum pipeline inspection and cleaning robots.
