Abstract

Organic Semiconductor Nanotubes Electrochemical actuators operating in liquid and polymer-gel electrolytes have numerous applications including soft robotics and artificial muscles. In article number 2105358, Mohammad Reza Abidian and co-workers utilize organic semiconductor nanotubes for the development of high-performance electrochemical actuators that exhibit excellent electrochemical characteristics including low power consumption/strain, large deformation, fast ion transport/accumulation, tunable dynamics, and excellent actuation stability.
