Abstract
Large time-delay and limited bandwidth are the main problems in teleoperating robot via Internet, and the instability and security of a robotic system will be degraded seriously. The tele-programming technology helps to find a promising way to solve these problems. This paper introduces a world wide Web controlled robotic system applying tele-programming technology.
