Abstract

In view of the positioning characteristics of hybrid machine robot,a high precision positioning sensor is designed,and by using the sensor,a high precision positioning system which can realize working bench driven by series parts and moving bench driven by parallel parts to return to zero position automatically,quickly and accurately during machining process is developed.Whereby realizing the requirement of the hybrid robot machining adaptable to the automatic and rapid hybrid tool cutting on the working bench. Accordingly, this system is of a certain universality of auto returning to zero position for the robots of other types and NC machine tools.
