Abstract

The ocean is rich in biological and mineral resources, and the bionic robotic fish is an emerging underwater robot for ocean exploration. The robotic fish is attracting increasing attention in the field of robotics research. Compared to the traditional propeller-driven underwater vehicle, the bionic robotic fish has the advantages of good maneuverability and low noise. In order to design a bionic robot with good motion performance, this paper proposes the bionic robotic fish shape structure simulation and performance analysis of the bionic robotic fish based on Fluent. The maximum section diameter and the maximum section position of the fish body contour are selected as the decision variables, and the resistance value of the robotic fish swimming is selected as the optimization objective function. The mechanical structure optimization problem is established in combination with the size constraints of the fish body. On this basis, the three-dimensional optimization model of the bionic robotic fish is established, and it is imported into the Ansys-fluent software to analyze its performance. The simulation results illustrate the relationship between the geometric dimensions of the fish body and its dynamic performance, which can provide a theoretical basis for the shape design of the bionic fish.
