Abstract
The article considers the issue of creating an automated system for diagnosing the abnormal and emergency operation modes of mobile industrial robotic trolleys based on fuzzy behavior charts.From the carried out subject area analysis, it could be made a decision that the chosen research topic is actual, taking into account the development pace of mobile robotics and the importance of using diagnostics of the functioning for various automated systems.Development of a system for diagnosing abnormal and emergency situations based on fuzzy behavior charts for a controlled mobile robotic trolley involves the sequential implementation of certain steps that are discussed in the article. The object of diagnostics was decomposed into nodes, where disturbing factors and output variables were determined. There were created four models of mobile trolleys in the form of fuzzy behavior charts, which are necessary for the further implementation of the automated system for diagnosing abnormal and emergency situations.
