Abstract

Yunnan Province, China has a wide water area, many branches and rivers, and requires a long time of underwater operation and supervision. However, the existing means of personnel and ship supervision have the defects of high cost, limited scope of operation, etc., which makes underwater construction and water quality supervision very difficult. According to the characteristics of water area supervision in Yunnan Province, this paper puts forward to carry out underwater supervision activities through robotic fish technology. This paper first introduces the development status and characteristics of the underwater robotic fish, then analyzes the application direction and advantages of the underwater robotic fish in the water area underwater supervision. Finally, taking the water quality monitoring of Kunming Lake in Kunming city of Yunnan Province as an example, the application of the underwater robotic fish in the water area underwater supervision in Yunnan Province is studied, and the development of the underwater regulatory robotic fish is prospected.
