The study has provided an extensive assessment of the Fifth Industrial Revolution, and its implications for human resources is the anchor of this chapter. Industry 5.0 is concerned with the desire to adapt or fine-tune the current technologies to suit the changing world. Organizations must also adapt their HRM culture and outlook along with this evolution.
