Moral and law for artificial intelligence and digital human: robotics laws and the “trolley problem”

Abstract
The article discusses the impact of the phenomena of artificial intelligence and digital human on the morality and the law of modern society and future generations, it is found out either artificial intelligence should be moral, or it is enough to comply with the requirements of current legislation. In comparison with the norms of criminal law (Article 39 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) some variants of solving the “trolley problem” for autonomous vehicles controlled by artificial intelligence have been proposed. Several efficiency aspects of the Isaac Asimov’ laws of robotics are investigated and improved. The question about a world religion under the patronage of comprehensive artificial intelligence has raised.
