Abstract
This review paper discusses about the various methodologies by virtue of which robot learning is implemented. An ageing population where the demands on healthcare, social services and domestic care is continuously increasing, the possibility of getting robots that are capable of learning tasks on their own (in domestic environments, for example), is being required more and more. Large part of the population is not intelligent enough to understand and debug the robot programming [1]. Hence robot learning is considered as the most user-friendly method of handling robots.
