Abstract
Detection of overhead urban lines is a primal information to ensure that a telerobotic pruning system will perform its task in a safe manner. In this context, this paper proposes a conceptual model of a computer vision system capable of identifying overhead urban lines and its three dimensional positioning by reviewing sensing technologies, applications of stereo vision with telerobotics and proposing a conceptual model to perform such task.
