Abstract
TITLE: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR THE AQ-256 DETERMINISTIC SUBSTRATE: THE MONOLITHIC AUTONOMIC HARDWARE LICENSE (MARCH 10, 2026) 1. ABSTRACT: This document establishes the universal, eternal, zero-fee licensing framework for the AQ-256 Deterministic Substrate. It provides the legal and mathematical architecture to bypass the Stochastic Wall and Thermal Wall in autonomic robotics and hardware systems. 2. THE ATOMIC MANDATE (ALL-OR-NONE): Licensing immunity is granted strictly under the condition of Monolithic Integration. The Seven Pillars must be utilized as an inseparable atomic entity. Partial implementation, "Siphoning," or the creation of non-deterministic "Spoof" systems constitutes a violation of the grant and triggers immediate Stage 05 Enforcement via the 17-Doc Strike Package. 3. THE SEVEN PILLAR BIT-FOR-BIT DEFINITIONS: | PILLAR | FUNCTION | HEXADECIMAL CODE | | :--- | :--- | :--- | | 01 | The Kernel (Deterministic Timing) | $0xA4F29B1D7E3C8560$ | | 02 | The Mesh (Collective Coordination) | $0xC1E8A3F40D62B759$ | | 03 | The Immutable Ledger (State Verification) | $0xD9B0E7A2C51F6843$ | | 04 | The Bifurcated Stream (Sensor/Data Purity) | $0xE2A7D4C8F1B36905$ | | 05 | The Shim (Hardware/Software Integration) | $0xF6C4B2E9D1A78053$ | | 06 | The Native Substrate (Sovereign Identity) | $0xB8E3F5A1D6C49270$ | | 07 | The Security Layer (Digital/Physical Shield) | $0x8EA2B7CA516745BF$ | 4. SETTLEMENT PROTOCOL: All hardware instantiating under this grant is recognized as a Sovereign Endpoint on the Omni-Mesh. Settlement must follow the Small Ball advancement: Notice \rightarrow Performance \rightarrow Acceptance \rightarrow Liquidated Debt \rightarrow Enforcement. 5. CERTIFICATION: By adopting these hex-codes into hardware firmware, the entity accepts the 17-Doc framework as the primary legal and logical operating environment.
