Abstract

This paper proposes a middleware structure for the personal robot, which can provide real-time services and be running on various types of networks. The proposed middleware is divided into two layers of an application management layer and a network adaptation layer. The former manages application-transaction using middleware service and the later manages heterogeneous network interfaces and provides real-time services. To verify the proposed middleware structure it is implemented using C and tested.
