Abstract
We present a THz imaging system in reflection geometry mounted on a robotic arm for imaging of freeform surfaces. Therefore, it is necessary to capture a 3D image of the object. This data is used to calculate a measurement path for the robotic arm on which the sensor head is mounted. This approach ensures that the sensor head is always positioned perpendicular and in a defined distance to the surface of the freeform sample.
