Abstract
The paper deals with the design and application of a fuzzy controller in a robot drive system with an induction machine, fed by three-mono phase PWM current converters. Fuzzy numbers and their main operations are defined and the structure of a fuzzy speed controller is presented. The advantages offered by the fuzzy controller are demonstrated by simulated results that are discussed at the end of the paper.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>
