Overview
The inspection station verifies correct manufacture and assembly of copper pipes in heat pumps. A multi-camera vision system checks tube placement and distance using a 3D camera. It then verifies soldered joint tightness by directing a robot to collect air samples for analysis. Parameters are easily modified, and results are visualized and archived.
