Overview

This system controls the amount of separator (30-100 μm micro-granules) sprinkled onto glass panes on a production line to prevent scratching. It uses cameras on a portal above the line, servo-driven to adapt to product parameters. The software automates measurement, provides visualization and archiving, and allows testing different pane thicknesses and separator types.
