Overview

The system verifies correct punching of technological holes in material sheets. A vision system detects defects, displays a message about incorrect punching, and stops the machine. Features include operator support for defect detection, detailed error information sent to PLC, and full visualization and archiving of analysis results. LT System manages visualization and operation on a dedicated industrial computer with a 15-inch monitor.
