摘要
Industry 5.0 is a novel concept that combines human intelligence and modern technology, marking a significant evolution in the industrial sector. The advent of modern technology has revolutionized workplace processes, culminating in a human-centric approach that enhances resilience and sustainability. Furthermore, traces the progression of industrial revolutions from Industry 1.0 to Industry 5.0 that focusing on the issues precipitated by Industry 4.0. Industry 5.0 has foundation pillars: human-centric approach, resilience, and sustainability, which optimize collaboration of robots, smart factories, and interconnected systems fostering human-robot collaboration. This paper gives a comprehensive overview of primary technology driving Industry 5.0, including the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing and edge computing, big data analytics, 5G, and beyond. Moreover, the issues and challenges within Industry 5.0 that must be managed to fully realize its advantages. Further, Industry 5.0 holds promise in fostering a future where economic growth and environmental responsibility coexist harmoniously, paving the path for an industrial revolution that is sustainable.
