Dynamical Analysis of Evolved Agents: A Primer

In many evolutionary robotics projects, the evolution of high-performing agents is just the beginning. Once successful agents have been evolved, we often want to understand how they work. For example, in my own work, in which evolutionary algorithms are used to explore the implications of a situated, embodied and dynamical perspective on behavior and cognition,
