Selection of motion capture technologies for Industry 5.0 production systems: A structured literature review

The use of motion capturing systems within the Industry 5.0 is a promising opportunity in various scenarios, e.g., the ergonomic evaluation, human-robot-interaction, or safety applications. The steady technological development of such systems makes it increasingly harder for the potential user, to choose a suitable technology. This research conducts a systematic literature review to structure the existing technologies and using a set of evaluation criteria derived from the literature. We identify 17 publications in the domain of engineering to draw insights on the matter.
