摘要

This chapter provides an in-depth examination of evolving landscape of digital twins and robotics, focusing on human-robot Interaction, artificial intelligence implementations, framework development, and industrial robotics. It highlights integrating digital twins with artificial intelligence for advanced robot control, recognition, and fault diagnosis, and discusses challenges in framework development, particularly in human-machine interface and interoperability. The chapter explores industrial robotics, addressing innovations and challenges like latency and computational demands, and provides insights into the expanding role of digital twins and robotics. Design thinking in digital twins and robotics is examined, covering the digital twins design process, system specification, applications, process planning, and architectural design. Ethical considerations are also addressed, particularly the introduction of personal digital twins in healthcare and broader societal and employment implications. The impact of digital twins and robotics on the workforce in manufacturing systems is discussed, with a focus on job displacement and the need for retraining initiatives. The chapter concludes by emphasizing digital inclusion and accessibility in construction technology, considering challenges, ethical considerations, and the importance of community-oriented information and communications technology support centers in promoting digital inclusion.
